If you are experiencing difficulties loading the mapviewer or are recieving an error message when loading, please refer to the instructions below:

The issue stems from non-compatible Java versions between desktops and the server hosting the mapviewer.

Click on the START menu button, then click Control Panel.

The next step is to Double-click on the icon labelled JAVA. A window will appear similar to the one below.

Click on the advanced tab and deselect "Enable the next-generation Java Plug-in". You will have to restart your browser. The mapviewer will now load without issue.
